Individual & Group Counseling

Individual counseling services consist of a series of structured sessions where the counselor helps the client work toward their desired goals as identified in an individualized treatment plan developed specifically for the client’s unique needs.  Services are available to all youth, adults and families who are experiencing problems with daily living or have been identified by community referrals (schools, juvenile courts, adult probation and parole) as a person in need of treatment services.

Group counseling consist of services provided to clients with similar mental health or addiction issues.  Groups are open ended, cognitive behavioral, and evidenced based.  Group sessions focus on various topics including awareness and symptoms, addiction, making better choices, relationship building, employment, and personal wellness.
