Pathways Counseling Center
A contract agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Board of Putnam County. Pathways is a Partner Agency of the United Way of Putnam County.
Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. at 835 N. Locust St. in Ottawa has served Putnam County since 1970. Originally established as Putnam County Mental Health Services, the agency merged with New Directions Center Outreach and Recovery in 1998 to form Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. Pathways is licensed by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health and nationally accredited through CARF.
Our highly qualified staff provides treatment, education, and intervention for a variety of mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Services include:
Mental health: psychiatric services, pre-hospital screenings, outpatient therapy, and case management.
Substance abuse: medically assisted treatment, individual and group counseling, and case management.
Pathways clinicians provide presentations to community groups and schools. Prevention, intervention and supportive services are available to students in all K-12 schools in Putnam County.
